Computer Assistance was established in 1997 in Bologna (north of Italy and close to the main industrial towns: Milan, Turin, Padoa, Florence) by a staff of highly experienced electronic engineers in computer and peripheral maintenance.
Computer Assistance started operating as third party maintenance having the main focus on IBM AS400 server and later implementing other services: design, installation, hardware and software support, maintenance contracts for servers, pc, network printers (laser and shuttle matrix) and telecommunication devices for all brands and models (IBM, DELL, CISCO, Juniper, Fortigate, Lexmark, Kyocera, Triumph Adler, Oki, Compuprint, HP, Fujitsu, Acer, Printronix, Sony, Toshiba, Samsung, Epson, Ricoh, Canon and others).

Experience and the extensive presence of manpower and spare parts storehouses in the country (from Aosta to Trieste, from Bolzano to Rome, from Naples to Palermo) allows Computer Assistance to perform operation on site within the terms specified by the Service Level Agreement.
