As a first step, Computer Assistance goes through the client’s needs, data and services utilized, transmission channels( e-mail, documents sharing, users remote access).
Having the full knowledge of above mentioned data, the network design will give the client all guaranties to respect the requested performances, security and operational needs. The network design is developed in the following levels:
- Survey : existing lay out, client needs, number of job positions, phisical equipment location
- Preliminary design : definition of equipment type and quantity, systems, services, valuation
- Executive design : SLA definition, equipment supply and installation, documentation, cabling, certification.
All Computer Assistance actions are oriented to the client productivity needs and therefore are performed in time and methods to give the maximum in production continuity, reducing as much as possible the necessary interruption.
