The replacement of all network equipment to upgrade the technology in their retail points. Additionally, the IT upgrades had to be conducted without hindering the daily operations during the opening hours of the retail points.

We organized a team that handled the replacement of network equipment during the closing hours of 75 retail points of various sizes: hypermarkets, supermarkets, and stores. New devices were installed, configured, and connected to the client's data network at each node, ensuring their proper functionality through testing.
